CALENDAR COLORING CONTEST RULES AND PROCEDURES
COLORING CONTEST OPTIONS
OPTION 1- Print a copy of the black and white version of the calendar and color it with crayons, felt tip markers, paint, etc. Send your finished masterpiece (unfolded) in a large envelope to BGICVB Calendar Colring Contest, 4 Glynn Avenue, Brunswick, GA 31520. We will scan your calendar and place it on our site, or YOU can scan your calendar and send it to .
OPTION 2- Use a Digital Paint or Coloring Program such as Microsoft Paint to color your calendar electronically. Save your entry and email it to .
JUDGING
Entries will be put into the age appropriate category on the website (with entrant's information hidden from public view). During all of 2009, all visitors to the website will be invited to view the entries and vote for their favorite entry in each age category.
In January 2010 (when our next calendar will be posted on the site and a new Coloring Contest begins) the top 3 vote getting entries in each category (votes will be counted and noted on the site for each entry) will receive a merchandise prize from the Brunswick and the Golden Isles Conventiona and Visitors Bureau. Winner will be notified by email.
